    Your journey to becoming a successful event organizer starts with creating your FestFlow account. If you already have an account, simply log in. If not, let's get you signed up!

    Create Your Event

    Time to create your first event! Navigate to the Events tab in your dashboard and click "Create Event". Let's fill in all the exciting details about your upcoming event.

    Finalize Event Settings

    Before creating your event, you'll need to make some important decisions about pricing and fees. These settings will affect how your attendees pay for tickets.

    Is Your Event Free or Paid?

    Free Event

    Perfect for community events, meetups, or promotional events. Attendees can register without payment.

    Paid Event

    Set ticket prices and collect payments. You'll need to decide who pays the platform fee.

    Organizer Pays

    You absorb the 3% fee. Attendees pay exactly the ticket price.

    Great! Your event is created. Now let's set up your tickets. Since this is your first event, we'll create one ticket type. You can always add more ticket types later or create bulk tickets for future events.

    Setup Refund Policy

    Setting up a clear refund policy is crucial for both you and your attendees. If you choose to make tickets refundable, you'll need to configure your refund terms. If not, the platform's default policy will apply.

    Don't forget to add clear terms and conditions explaining your refund policy to attendees!

    Publish Your Event

    Once your event details and tickets are set up, it’s time to make your event live. Navigate back to your Events list, locate your draft, and hit “Publish” so attendees can start buying tickets. If you need to make edits, you can always come back and update before publishing.

    Publishing Your Event

    In your Organizer Dashboard, go to “My Events”. Find your event marked as “Draft” and click “Publish”. Your event will now be live and visible on the FestFlow marketplace for ticket sales.

    • You can always revisit draft events to make edits.
    • Once published, attendees can purchase tickets immediately.
    • If you need to unpublish later, simply toggle back to draft.
